YSR Sports Incentive Scheme Apply Online, Eligibility, List: Andhra Pradesh Government is going to help talented athletes of the state by the implementation of YSR Sports Incentive Scheme. The talented athletes will be trained with modern equipment which will enhance the potential of these sports persons.

As India participates in several international sporting events but fails to perform satisfactorily due to lack of facilities and training for the talented athletes. Those athletes who have acquired a medal in any of the national level sporting event will get an opportunity to get trained and will be given modern facilities to compete at international level. Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy had announced about the scheme in September 2019.

YSR Sports Incentive Scheme will be launched shortly. Talented sports persons of the Andhra Pradesh state will get the beneficiaries of the scheme. The implementation of the scheme is handover to the Ministry of Sports Andhra PRadesh.

Benefits of YSR Sports Incentive Scheme

The main objective of the scheme is to offer financial support and encourage sports persons to participate at international level.
Those senior level athletes who have acquired medals in any national event will get the opportunity to get the monetary incentive from the state Government.
All those junior and sub-junior categories athletes will also get the financial rewards through this scheme.
The state government has decided that the national level sport medalists will be offered a monetary incentive from the state government.

Eligibility for YSR Sports Incentive Scheme

Residents of Andhra Pradesh are eligible to apply for the scheme.
The athlete must be registered with the sports association in the state.
The applicant must have participated in any national gaming event that was organized by the central or any state governments.
Those athletes who won medals can to apply for YSR Sports incentive Scheme.

How to Apply for YSR Sports Incentive Scheme

Eligible and Interested persons can apply only after the launch of the scheme. The Government and Department officials will confirm about the process of application during the launch of the scheme. The authorities would also provide an official portal for applying online/offline soon.We will mention all the details regarding the scheme immediately after the launch and release of the notice from the State Government.
